On 5-13-09 I received an xbox 360 from the xbox repair center which is not "my" xbox 360 pro series console that I personally purchased and registered with microsoft. The xbox repair team carelessly lost "my" xbox during the repair/(5-6-09) and sent me a refurbished console that was damaged,broken,abused and not "my" original purchased xbox 360 console. (I am an adult gamer and I am the only one that uses my xbox 360 console,so its is extremely clean and in mint condition. Per xbox support policy & per xbox support supervisor "Leona"; xbox support can't replace and resolve this issue with a new xbox 360 pro series console knowing that they were careless and at fault disregarding the security and professionalism of customer care. I intend to pursue this issue to the fullest extent neccessary or I can nullify this complaint if microsoft/xbox pursues to issue me a new xbox 360 pro series console to correct and compensate for their mistake. As a dedicated xbox & xbox 360 gaming enthusiast for 12 yrs I feel I have been carelessly abused and disrespectively treated as a xbox and microsoft product consumer. P.S.
